Salon Service Policy

We do not issue refunds on salon services. However, should you have any questions or legitimate concerns about the services you received during your salon visit, please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment. If you are dissatisfied with the work performed, you are required to return to the salon so that the service you received can be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to correct any problems to your satisfaction by rescheduling your appointment.
 

Deposit Policy

All DEPOSITS are NON-REFUNDABLE. The reason for the deposit is to ensure that the appointment times or special orders are kept. Should you change your mind about the services you want, and if the amount of that service is less than the deposit given for the previous service, the remaining portion of the deposit is non refundable. You have two opportunities to reschedule your appointment within a 30 day period to apply original deposit before you forfeit it.

Cancellation Policy

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving advanced notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. This leads to clients on my waiting list missing the opportunity to receive services. All appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you may have pre-booked. This policy allows for other clients on my waitlist a chance to schedule an appointment. Late cancellation will result in a charge of 50% of the service booked, unless you were required to place a deposit (then deposit policy will supersede this policy). A "NO SHOW" will result in a 100% service book fee. Future appointments may be prohibited if this policy is abused. 

Visitors & Guest Policy

As a courtesy to everyone booked with Tia Watkins, we ask that you do not bring ANY additional guests and/or visitors with you to your visit, unless you have cleared them with Tia Watkins. This ensure that all guest experiences will be done in a professional and drama free environment.
